Member Update // Join us for a Spring MAL + Latest Updates from SOS!
As we look forward to celebrating our 15 year anniversary at SweetGeorgia Yarns this September, we are also looking ahead to a year full of changes and transitions. Along with moving our studio to a new location this summer (learn more about it here), we’re busy working on new improvements and updates to the School of SweetGeorgia space. We’re excited to launch these new changes to the SOS site soon, but before then, are looking for a handful of members who would be interested in helping offer some design feedback on our test/staging website.

We will be working on the School of SweetGeorgia website next week, March 16-20. There may be some pages which experience some downtime as we work on the live site, but all course videos and community forums will remain accessible so you can continue with your fibre arts learning and discussion throughout this time.
As well, in order to avoid travel and protect the health of our out-of-town instructor, there will be a delay with the planned release of our upcoming workshop on spinning with an e-Spinner. We thank you for your kind understanding and hope to bring this excellent course to the SOS site soon! We hope you enjoy our other excellent spinning courses available until then!
2020 Spring Make-Along
Before spring comes in full force, we think it’s perfect time to prepare for a new Spring Make-Along! We can’t wait to play with lightweight yarns and breezy projects as we make our way into warmer and brighter days ahead. Whether you plan to knit, crochet, spin, or weave, we’d love to have you join us!
Our Spring MAL begins next week, Tuesday, March 17, and runs until April 24. With excellent prizes available, and easy rules for entering the giveaway draw, it will be a fun opportunity to share some new project inspiration!

Live Office Hours // March 2020
Our next Live Office Hours will take place on Wednesday, March 25 at 10am PST. Please join us for a chat, updates from the school, and to get your fibre arts questions answered by Felicia. If you can’t make it, no worries as we always post the video on the SOS online library afterwards for all members to enjoy!
